Where we ship
We currently deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days depending on your city. Remote areas may take a little longer. These are estimates; delays can occasionally happen due to courier volume, weather or other events outside our control.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please keep the order amount ready and make sure someone is available at the delivery address. Our courier partner may call you before delivery, so please provide an active phone number.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email or SMS.
Failed or refused deliveries
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or a refused COD parcel, the order may be cancelled. Please double-check your details at checkout.
