This website is operated by Nailsthetics ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.
1. Using our store
You agree to use this store only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, complete information when placing an order, including your name, delivery address and phone number.
2. Products
We do our best to display product colors, designs and details accurately, but your screen may show colors slightly differently. Designs within a sticker book may vary slightly between batches. Nail stickers are for cosmetic use only; please don't apply them over broken or irritated skin, and we recommend adult supervision for young children.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice. We accept Cash on Delivery and any other payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we'll issue a full refund.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.
6. Discount codes
Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this store, including the Nailsthetics name, logo, text, images and designs, belongs to Nailsthetics or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nailsthetics isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continued use of the store means you accept the updated Terms.
